 To Make a Reservation: 

Call 982-5260     OR      Come to the Service Desk in the Biology/Psychology Library

Reservation Procedures:

• Reservations are taken up to 2 weeks in advance but must be made at least one day in advance.  Same day reservation requests cannot be honored.   No individual may have more than 3 pending bookings at one time within the two week period.
• Openings in a reservation schedule are available on a walk-in, sign-up basis for the current day only.  Sign in on the sheet posted at the room for time periods of up to 2 hours.
• Groups may reserve the room for a maximum of 2 hours.
• A minimum group of 2 is required to reserve the Sun Room.
• If the Sun Room is not used within 15 minutes of the scheduled reservation start time, it is considered vacant and will be available to others, first-come, first-served.
• Whiteboard markers & erasers can be checked out at the Service Desk.
• The cable for hooking your laptop to the widescreen monitor, as well as Macintosh adaptors, can be checked out at the Service Desk.
