Reservations are taken up to 2 weeks in advance but must be made at least one day in advance. Same day reservation requests cannot be honored. No individual may have more than 3 pending bookings at one time within the two week period.
Groups may reserve the room for a maximum of 3 hours.
A minimum group of 2 is required to reserve Group Study Rooms 147, 152, 155, and G046; a minimum group of 4 is required to reserve Group Study Rooms 156 and G043.
Rooms not used within 15 minutes of the scheduled reservation start time are considered vacant and will be available to others, first-come, first-served.
Openings in a reservation schedule are available on a walk-in, sign-up basis for the current day only. Sign in on the sheets posted at the rooms for time periods of up to 3 hours.
Whiteboard markers and erasers can be checked out at the Service Desk

Since cooperation is needed to extend the use of the rooms to as many as possible, please limit your time in even the non-reservable rooms to 3 hours.
