The University-wide ITC Help Desk is available by phone at 924-4357.
Our computers are located on the 3rd and 4th floors. The 32 PCs and 4 Apple Macs allow access to VIRGO, the Internet, and email. Library staff can help with basic computing questions. Printing is available on the 2nd and 4th floors through pay-for-print stations. These computers have applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as a wide variety of course-related programs.
Laptops are available for 3 hour checkout at the Information Desk on the 4th floor. These machines connect wirelessly throughout Clemons and have MicroSoft Office installed.
Personal laptops can also be connected to the U.Va. network via the wireless network or through data jacks located on the 4th floor.
The Digital Media Lab on the 3rd floor offers specialized support for academic multimedia projects of all kinds. Staff is available to help U.Va. faculty, staff, and students with webpage creation, graphic design software, video projects and more.
