Computers

Computer Help
The University-wide ITC Help Desk is available by phone at 924-4357.

Our computers are located on the 3rd and 4th floors. All of them allow access to VIRGO, the Internet, and email. Four computers on the 4th floor have applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as a wide variety of course-related programs. Library staff can help with basic computing questions. Printing is available on the 4th floor through pay-for-print stations.

Student laptops can be connected to the U.Va. network via wireless or through data jacks located on the 4th floor.

The Digital Media Lab on the 3rd floor offers specialized support for academic multimedia projects of all kinds. Staff is available to help U.Va. faculty, staff, and students with webpage creation, graphic design software, video projects and more.
