Course Reserves
Book Reserves
Students: Books placed on reserve at Clemons Library are either shelved in the Course Reserves area on the 4th floor or kept in the Closed Reserve Stacks behind the 4th Floor Circulation Desk. The Course Reserve Books are shelved under the instructor's last name. Ask for Closed Reserve Books at the 4th floor Circulation Desk. You can search for a list of your instructor's reserve books on the VIRGO reserve search page by the instructor's last name or by class.
All reserve items, including the materials in the Course Reserves area can be checked out from the Clemons 4th Floor Circulation Desk. Each patron is limited to checking out two reserves at a time. Please return checked out reserve books to the Circulation Desk.
If your class has a webpage with a syllabus or online course readings, you can view it through UVaCollab.
Faculty: Online book reserve submission forms can be found on the Library's Course Reserves page.

Video Reserves
Students: The Robertson Media Center, on our 3rd floor, holds video reserves, which can be viewed at one of our 32 viewing stations. Please look up the call number for your item on the VIRGO video search page and bring it to the 3rd Floor Circulation Desk.
