What's New
OAIster, the database of open-archive collections, has been added to the First Search base collection as part of a deal between OCLC and the University of Michigan.
ArchiveGrid -- Locate archives (manuscripts, letters, wills, family, corporate, and civic records, etc.) held in over a thousand libraries around the world. This is now being included in the FirstSearch basic package and will move to the new FirstSearch interface this summer.
Historical Indexes on American Engineering Topics -- Look for articles in late 19th and early 20th century engineering journals. Topics include railroads (including bridges and buildings), mining, power (electricity and gas), civil engineering, and general engineering.
