Federal law allows U.S. Government Printing Office designated depository libraries to withdraw publications no longer useful to their collections after the publications are held for a minimum of five years from date of receipt. The libraries listed in this section are offering these withdrawn publications to libraries and individuals. If more than one request is received for single copies, requests will be honored in the following order of preference:

The offering library will determine who receives single copies of each title. Publications are offered free of charge except the offering library may charge a reasonable fee to recover the costs of shipping and handling.
