Room and Equipment Reservation
Reserving the ThinkTank
The Scholars' Lab ThinkTank (Alderman 419A) is available to faculty, staff, and students affiliated with the University of Virginia for group study and meetings. Groups may reserve the room for a maximum of three hours per day. No individual may have more than three pending bookings at one time. If the room is not used within fifteen minutes of the scheduled reservation start time, it will be considered vacant and may be offered to other groups on a first-come, first-served basis. The room seats 2-6 and may not be used for individual study.

Reserving the Scholars' Lab Classroom Space
The Scholars' Lab classroom is available for the occasional teaching and presentation needs of the University community, with seven high-end workstations, projection capability, and seating for around 18 people. In order to keep our specialized equipment and support widely available, we do not schedule regular class meetings in this space. Instructors are instead invited to reserve the classroom for special sessions that require digital support.

When the classroom is not otherwise reserved, we open it up to general use by students and faculty.
